  Definitely has gone downhill since the chef left. I used to love the wings here - they were smokey, flavorful, just great. I had them for lunch today and it seems they are cutting corners. Wings tasted like they were baked and then smoked/grilled quickly. This made them taste rubbery/fatty, since they're not taking the time to smoke them, rendering the fat and skin. Do yourself a favor and head to Lincoln Brewing where the old chef is at currently (found out after from stopping in there today).

  Always a good experience. I love this place! The ribs are epic and the wings are excellent! ( I order them extra crispy.)

  Had the dry rub chicken. Turned out to be very dry baked chicken with a paprika based rub applied AFTER it was cooked and when served. They offered to replace it with something else so I tried the brisket. They brought it out with literally more sauce than brisket. I asked to have it with sauce on the side. When they brought out the brisket the second time it was dry, no smoke flavor with less than a 1/16" smoke ring. If you're looking for real BBQ from folks that understand BBQ preparation this is not the place. If your idea of BBQ is anything covered in sauce then the atmosphere is good and beer selection amazing.
