  I would love to have given CupCake Bite a 5 star rating but just couldn't. Their cake is delicious and I specifically ordered my wedding cake because I love the banana cupcake and in the years past, they have been great about special orders. Maybe business is picking up and that is wonderful! But with that - their customer service is rolling down hill. They are slow to respond to email and when they asked me about the delivery of my cake, I said it couldn't be delivered before 5pm to which I was given a reply, "Well, I guess we have to make that work." I did change the order of my cake a few times, but had to follow up with a call to ensure the receipt of my email. I even went out to Fuquay to do it in person. Just think if you're going to spend a lot of money on a cake for your special day, the service should be a little better. I would have even paid more for cake delivery if 5pm didn't work for them.. :(

  Both my husband and I loved the treats here! He,with the largest sweet tooth, says these are the best cupcakes he has ever had.
