  My girlfriend and I were in the mood for a good burger last night and did not want to cook at home. We went to Aviator first and were told the wait was 45-1 hour. We decided to try Cooley's since its been years. As we were seated, our table still had plates, and tip money on it, and the hostess did not wipe the table down. We then waited about 10 minutes for a drink order, and another 10 to order food. After at least 45 mins, we got our food and was throughly displeased. The burger was a frozen patty, that was way too pink to eat. Both my girlfriend and and I took a few bites, and decided to leave without even eating a 1/4th of our meals. It was pretty pathetic food. Won't be going back on my dime.

  As soon as we pulled up and it was dead on a Saturday at noon, I knew we were in trouble. We walked in and it smelled awful. The waitresses were less than enthusiastic. We were seated, I sat my bag down, and noticed the filth in the corners of the floor. Layers of dust and dirt and grime. The kids menu on the table was also dirty, sticky and looked like it had never been wiped. The table cloths on the table were from 1994. The whole experience was awful. We didn't stay to eat. We looked over the menu and went someplace else. I was afraid to take a sip of my water based on the restaurant - Gross.

  I went back and was delighted to talk to owner, he has added haddock to the menu and it was delicious. Perfect for the Lenten season. Very nice meal for reasonable price. Friday night it is!
